We are currently looking for individuals to mentor and lead our team as Shift Leads.Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old or older. The ability to operate point of sales systems/cash handling and Shift Reports Help manage adequate inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to reduce loss. Manage the company's assets and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized. Follow safety and security standards at all times. Have reliable transportation. Lift 50 lbs. Lead a team with no supervision and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun. Work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers. Perform job duties in all positions in the restaurant. Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members. Respond to all customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. We ask you to: Provide happy, friendly, and quality service to our customers. Take orders. Make sandwiches, potatoes, salads, etc Be able to handle money. Hard- Working Team-oriented Honest Great customer service skills We believe in a Work / Life Balance: Let us know your availability and will partner with YOUR schedule. We offer competitive hourly wages.
