Position Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268 Expected Duration: 12 months Estimated Start Date: 5/20/2024. Pay Rate: $ 26- $28/hr. Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Description Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge. Interprets questions/requests and ensures proper resolution. May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs. Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
