CommQuest seeks a Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (30+ hours) Residential Technician(s) to work at Deliverance, our adult women's Residential Facility in Canton, Ohio. You will ensure the comfort, safety, and security of all clients and visitors. CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services – from basic needs to employment assistance. What you gain: Great experience in the behavioral health and substance abuse field Visibility into how our community supports those in need Opportunities to share your expertise Peace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at large What you'll do: Provide day-to-day assistance with and supervision of clients in these programs Work in partnership with the Site Coordinator and/or Lead Resident Technician (RT), clinical staff, and other residential staff Plan and assist with recreational and educational activities Redirect clients , as necessary All other duties as assigned Schedule: Shifts are available Midnights (11:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.) Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required Must have a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record Confidence and capability to proactively meet new people who share the CommQuest mission and create connections Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check Individuals in recovery, must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients Full-Time Benefits: Generous time off, including Mental Health days 10 paid holidays annually Retirement plan with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision plans CEU/Licensure reimbursement and more!
