layer 1 knowledge as well as hardware/cable troubleshooting abilities, experience with racking/stacking/cabling all types of data center assets, and the ability to understand and implement requests from Sysadmins and Network Engineers. Program/Project Overview Due to the significant amount of data center assets being replaced in 2024, additional resources are needed to assist with installation, decommission, and troubleshooting of any and all types of network and compute appliances in our enterprise data center. Engagement Deliverable Complete all Change tickets on time to meet project demands.Zero human errors caused from working in the data center.SLAs met for responding to Break/Fix and Incident tickets.PDN-9bd3600e-deff-4509-9d16-76391399b428
