QUALIFICATIONS: 5-10 years of Technical management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment Strong knowledge of and proven experience with outsourcing/managed service engagements Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry a plus Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong Sales Support skills Exceptional Financial Acumen Understanding of the financial aspects of the services environment Understand Profit and Loss (P&L) to track financial performance Exceptional organizational, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skills Want to learn more about Strategic Resourcing? Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
