Position: Outreach Specialist Schedule : Primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends; Full-time 40-hour weeks. Flexible part-time schedules available. Salary : Starting at $17.00/hr., with additional commissions. About the Role: As an Outreach Specialist at Aspen Contracting, you'll embark on a journey of discovery, connecting with homeowners and forging meaningful relationships in your community. Responsibilities: Engage with homeowners to discuss their exterior restoration needs and share Aspen's solutions. Cultivate relationships with potential business partners to expand our network and reach. Distribute informational materials and educate prospective customers about Aspen Contracting. Represent Aspen at local events, home shows, and trade exhibitions. Coordinate appointments and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Embody the Aspen brand and values in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on every doorstep. Benefits : Healthcare coverage available starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of consecutive employment. Eligibility to enroll in our 401(k) program on the 1st of the next quarter after one year of consecutive employment. Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building connections.
