Rumble Boxing (Montclair, Short Hills and Livingston) is looking to hire a hype person/brand ambassador immediately. RESPONSIBILITIES:▪ Report directly to the marketing manager▪ Connect and engage with members of the community▪ Contribute marketing ideas and help plan events for members and staff▪ Rock and model Rumble retail/gear for social media▪ Represent brand values inside and outside the studios▪ Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual’s needs and wants▪ Participate in special events (including, but not limited to: health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the club▪ Create and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channels▪ Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills▪ Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: ▪ Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required▪ Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail▪ Possess an outgoing and friendly personality, while maintaining a professional attitude and approach▪ Must respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientations▪ Must adhere to company policies and procedures▪ Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system▪ Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday▪ Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email▪ Must have proficient computer skills▪ Daily and/or occasional travel may be required▪ Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week▪ Flexible schedule required▪ Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work▪ Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test* Fluent in Spanish desired *PERKS:▪Complimentary membership▪Staff discount on studio retail▪Opportunities for growth within the studios Powered by JazzHR
