Production Lead (1st Shift 8am-4:30pm, M-F) - Thorton, CO We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Lead to join our team. As a key player at our Thorton, CO location, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all production activities to ensure efficient and on-time order shipments. While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions: Daily Production Activities: Plan and execute daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Safety Checks: Conduct daily safety checks on equipment to maintain a secure working environment. Quality Assurance: Verify that outgoing deliveries meet the company's high-quality standards. Communication and Training: Regularly inform and update team members on rules, regulations, and objectives. Train and supervise the production team. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any production-related issues that may arise. Production Duties: Assist with various tasks, including pre-wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, green boxing, and laser etching. Process Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the processes and equipment used throughout the production process. Qualifications: Skills & Abilities: Thorough understanding or quick learning of production operations and machinery. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Technical Proficiency: Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, assist, and train others. Time Management: Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Adaptability: Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Software Proficiency: Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new or updated software. Independence: Ability to work independently. Education & Experience: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of moving around the warehouse. Ability to operate job-related machinery. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of shipping materials at a time.
