Responsibilities: • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Qualifications: • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required• Flexible overnight hours are required• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Compensation: $14 - $17 hourly About Company: The Hampton Inn Butte offers competitive pay, flexible PTO, and travel benefits.
