The successful candidate will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, represent clients in court proceedings, provide legal advice, negotiate settlements, and manage multiple cases simultaneously. The role requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, and a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures. Job Details:Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Requirements:Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.Proven experience in legal research, writing, and litigation.Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks.Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw research platforms.Strong negotiation skills.Strong writing skills for legal documents and correspondence.
