The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and knowledge of bodily injury liability claims and related insurance issues. While the position does not entail intensive litigation, prior litigation experience in state and federal court is advantageous. The firm offers competitive base compensation, a generous bonus package, substantial benefits, and a partially remote work schedule.Duties:Handle third-party liability defense, coverage, and extra-contractual claims.Provide legal counsel on bodily injury liability claims and related insurance matters.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide analysis on complex legal issues.Collaborate with clients, insurers, and internal teams to develop case strategies.Assist with negotiations, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution processes.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2-5 years of experience in third-party liability defense, coverage, and extra-contractual claims.Prior litigation experience in state and federal court is preferred.Commanding knowledge of bodily injury liability claims and related insurance issues.Excellent academic credentials.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in legal research and drafting.Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
