Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Duties:Handle corporate legal matters, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and loan transactional matters.Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on corporate issues.Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.Manage and maintain client relationships effectively.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Requirements:Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on corporate matters.Admission to practice law in Minnesota, or eligibility to become admitted.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Minnesota State Bar, or eligibility to become admitted.Additional certifications or advanced degrees in corporate law or related fields are a plus.Skills:Proficiency in corporate law principles and practices.Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with relevant legal software and databases.Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial transactions.
