Responsibilities include: Have a great attitude. A positive attitude and a team mentality is vital to our success Respond to customer inquiries via various mediums Develop and service a customer base of repeat customers Prospect and qualify new sales leads, while maintaining a well-developed pipeline of sales prospects. Meet/exceed sales goals Track/ update sales activity and customer information through company CRM system. Planning ahead and organizing daily responsibilities to maximize efficiency and accuracy of work. Develop strong customer and vendor relationships. Give price quotations for our products and services with a view to maximize margins Process and close customer transactions such as orders, quotes, returns, etc. Correspond with manufacturers and negotiate purchases as needed Industry training provided Requirements: Inside sales experience - direct plastics experience highly desired Strong phone and computer skills required Must know basic math (decimal and fraction conversions) Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related experience preferred.
