We’re looking for an exceptional Dispatch Manager. As a Dispatch Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure the department is consistently providing quality service to all customers at all times. You will manage staff and processes that route and dispatch service calls and do whatever is necessary to achieve team goals. Essential Job Functions: Oversee all facets of the dispatch department, including a team of dispatch professionals. Ensure route and opportunity maximization. Manage customer phone calls and organize service calls such that our technicians can move from job-to-job in the most efficient manner possible throughout the day. Organize and receive incoming parts and coordinate arrival times of technicians with homeowners. Requirements: Proven track record in managing dispatchers Previous HVAC or Plumbing industry experience, preferred Previous Experience with Service Titan, preferred Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Excellent organization and planning skills with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.) Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen At Bardi you’ll be working with a great team that takes pride in “Creating Comfort with Excellent Service” for its clients.
