Installation Technician – Luxury Fireplaces & Custom Outdoor Kitchens We are on the search for an independent, dynamic professional to join our team long-term. The ideal candidate would possess: • Unwavering dependability and responsibility• Ability to work with minimal supervision What we offer employees: Full-Time Employees • Compensation for trips to various manufacturers in the industry to become acquainted with their unique products, fireplaces, and grills• Access to Florida Blue Health Insurance (Company pays for half!)• 401(k) retirement plans• 401(k) matching• Employee discounts• Aflac Supplemental Insurance• Paid Vacations & Holidays• Membership to an EoS Gym Schedule: • 8-hour shift• Monday through Friday Compensation includes: • Performance-based tips Responsibilities:• Maintain effective communication with builders/supers, demonstrate the ability to understand and adhere to technical manuals, and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.• Utilize a wide variety of equipment, such as table saws, drills, and forklifts.• Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of luxury grilling systems to be able to educate end-users after installation.• Install fireplaces, which may include moving the fireplace to the desired location, attaching it to framing, running the flue pipe, measuring for fabrication, and placing the chimney cap.• Physically capable of working on high roofs, maneuvering in narrow attics, and lifting heavy items. Qualifications:• At least 1 year of experience in driving and delivery (required).• At least 1 year of experience in general construction installation (preferred).• Valid driver's license (required).• Acceptable driving record (required).• Authorization to work in the US (required).
