Plaintiff experience is required. Responsibilities: PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Draft pleadings, memos, motions and correspondence• Trial preparation• Comply with and propound discovery• Mediation preparation• Correspond with clients, experts, and other law firms• Maintain and/or create binders for hearings, depositions and trial• Prepare settlement statements• Litigation case management• Perform investigative searches• Conduct various searches and queries on the internet• Meet with clients• Scheduling of depositions and hearings• Coordination with court reporting companies• Coordinate with outside sources to obtain photos, enlargements and/or trial exhibits• Review and analyze motions• Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree, preferred• 2+ years of paralegal experience, first-party property damage experience, required on the plaintiff side• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, relationship building and negotiation skills• Prior experience with Litify a plus and e-filing systems in state and federal courts• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
