Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Can spend a large amount of time driving Compensation: $50 per hour About Company: With a team approach, we can service all our clients at the highest level by keeping our teammates in their sweet spot. Our agents are solely focused on selling and marketing our listings and helping buyers locate, negotiate, and secure property. On the back end, we have a dedicated staff who solely focuses on communicating with the clients, lenders, and title company ensuring a smooth and enjoyable closing.
