Responsibilities: Tax compliance, preparation, & review of: complex multi-state returns, consolidated returns & foreign reporting for both businesses and entities Tax compliance, preparation, & review of tax returns for high-net worth individuals Direct interaction with partners & clients, along with management of numerous client accounts Supervision of Associate accountants Understanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returns Prior experience working with Forms 990 and 990-PF a plus Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelors Degree with major in AccountingMasters Degree highly preferred CPA designation or Must be able to meet 150 credit requirement for CPA eligibility Knowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge & U.S. tax expertise Prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporation, and partnership taxation
