BECOMING ONE OF OUR CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS - GNAS We proudly provide competitive pay, starting at $17.80 - $19.30 per hour. All employees receive the benefits listed below: PTO with the potential option to opt out for cash Yearly Christmas "gift" of 1% of your annual salary $600 referral bonus Tuition reimbursement Full-time employees receive these additional benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance CTO Weekend differential Retirement plan Professional licensure/certification DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB The typical schedule for this nursing position is 7 am -3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, or 11 pm - 7 am. While working part-time hours, you work 2-4 days per week, with a minimum of 8 hours per day. As a Certified Nursing Assistant - GNA, your primary role involves assisting residents with their daily activities. You help with tasks like feeding and dressing. Additionally, you promptly answer call bells and aid in bathing routines. In this position, you provide care across various needs, from short-term rehab to dementia and memory care.
