We provide the following for our therapists: • Credentialing Across Multiple Payers: We facilitate credentialing across a range of payer networks. Providers typically gain approval and become in-network with most insurance companies within a matter of weeks.• Efficient Billing: We ensure prompt billing and file claims and monitor their progress. Compensation is provided for no-shows and late cancellations.• Flexibility in Practice: You have autonomy over your schedule, which patients you see, and the choice between telehealth or in-person sessions.• Comprehensive Support System: Access to consultation and administrative support to assist you in navigating any challenges.• Referral Network and Marketing Support: We actively promote your services to maintain a consistent caseload. Responsibilities:• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals, objectives, and interventions for each patient• Provide community resources for patients and family members when needed• Assist with interventions for patients when a crisis occurs• Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care• Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members• Complete all documentation within the required time frame Qualifications:• This position requires a master's degree and a license to practice in the state of Arizona as outlined by the AZBBHE and the license must be in good standing to practice• Must have at least 1 year of mental health experience in a clinical setting• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills• Additional training in EMDR, or Somatic Experiencing preferred Compensation: $65 - $70 hourly About Company: Optima Counseling, PLLC is a group practice of licensed therapists dedicated to helping adults and adolescents by promoting healing and wellness.
