You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events Qualifications: • Should have working knowledge of a CRM• Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle• A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred Compensation: $111,000 - $127,000 yearly
