Your Role: A Catalyst for Growth In this pivotal role, you will be a coordinator of impactful learning experiences, coordinating training events delivered by renowned experts and facilitating team-building activities that forge strong professional networks. Your meticulous coordination skills will ensure the seamless execution of talent development initiatives that drive performance and growth. Key Responsibilities: Arrange end-to-end logistics for various training events. Maintain and communicate a comprehensive training calendar. Support the talent development lifecycle, from onboarding to leadership development. Evaluate feedback to enhance training effectiveness. Coordinate with a budget and resources efficiently. Who You Are: A Profile of Success A bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. An excellent communicator with strong people skills. Experienced in event planning, coordination, and logistics. A problem-solver with a flair for critical thinking and resourcefulness. Capable of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
