Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming. Apply paint and/or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment as necessary. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines. Requirements: Willingness to work as a teammate toward accomplishing the goals for each day. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Adherence to scheduled hours. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to comply with safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment. Proven painting experience is a plus.
