We are currently seeking a Senior Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Senior Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, ensuring that it operates at optimal levels. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, this includes strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, kiosks and other equipment that may be added to the product lines in the future Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure equipment accuracy and functionality Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their technical skills and knowledge Participate in the development and implementation of equipment maintenance programs Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies to improve equipment performance and efficiency Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as an equipment technician. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of maintenance management software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
