We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our growth team as an Infusion Specialist in Maine. Overview of Role Novella Infusion is looking for an ambitious professional who is motivated by working in a small, dynamic team and excited to play a key role in a rapidly expanding business within a fast-growing industry. The Infusion Specialist will have the opportunity to develop their own market plan, build partner relationships, and grow their accounts. Well-qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years' experience in sales, highly effective communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a high degree of professionalism. Infusion Specialists are expected to deliver individual results while also supporting their teammates and being engaged in the broader Novella Infusion team. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Prospect new clients, increase penetration across current accounts, and build long-term relationships.• Plan, develop and execute marketing and territory plan for assigned geography.• Generate leads through a search process to set new meetings with prospective clients.• Build strong networks throughout assigned geography by joining associations, networking groups, and using social media.• Conduct meetings with new and existing clients to discuss the Novella Infusion value proposition• Regularly complete referral calls to medical professionals on a daily basis• Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas• Deliver exceptional customer service• 75% travel within territory Qualifications • Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, well organized, strong problem-solvingabilities, and presentation skills• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to identify, qualify and close accounts• 2+ years of sales and/or healthcare experience preferred• Prior healthcare experience with relationships in specialty/infusion services a plus• Relationships in Neurology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology a plusCompensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
