As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support our aftermarket activities.Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries, generating accurate quotes, processing orders, and collaborating closely with our sales engineers. You will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.Responsibilities: Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking parts assistance, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for parts, ensuring timely delivery based on customer requirements and company guidelines. Order Processing: Efficiently process parts orders, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. This will include large capital equipment orders as well. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and design engineers to support spare and replacement parts solutions, and address customer needs effectively. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, promptly addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to share relevant information, update customer records, and support sales initiatives to achieve targets and meet revenue goals. Act as an inside sales coordinator to filter and direct incoming customer phone traffic/inquiries to the appropriate supporting staff. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the features, specifications, and applications of our industrial processing equipment and parts to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and parts documentation in the company's CRM system. Requirements: Education: A high school diploma is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: 1 to 3 years' previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role is desirable. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales engineers, and internal teams effectively. Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing outstanding customer service, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand equipment design and concepts and identify functions of the integrated components and parts. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quoting, order processing, and customer interactions. Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
