A career with Bullet EV will put you exactly where you want to be - at the forefront of one of the fastest growing industries in the country.Bullet EV Charging Solutions currently seeking:Our accounting and finance team is one of the most critical parts of Bullet EV's expansion. This position will work directly with Bullet EV's Co-CEO to develop and maintain accounting principles, best practices, and systems for collecting, analyzing and reporting information using strong understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate processing of all General Ledger, accounts payable and receivables, and all accounting transactions. Prepare Month End Close, providing analysis and reconciliation of any discrepancies. Preparation of Financial Statements. Monitor receipt of all income, and financial commitments, and provide daily reports as required. Prepare and maintain WIP reports on a weekly basis. Monitor and provide feedback (mentoring) to all accounting team members. Manage daily activities of the team, including monitoring timeliness/attendance, approving of PTO requests, performance reviews/appraisals, Performance Improvement Plans, and any necessary employment action (warnings, write ups, etc.) Prepare and maintain cash flow report. Independently create and maintain detailed financial reports. Coordinate timely updates with leadership team. Manage and direct accounting team utilizing strong leadership skills. Prepare and analyze consolidated reporting at all levels of the company. Provide feedback on areas for improvement. Cost management, including monitoring of project profitability. Leads all quarterly financial review and annual audit activities. Ensure GAAP accounting practices are followed. Develop protocols that help establish consistent behaviors in financial operations. Implement accounting policies and standards, ensuring compliance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be a strong and organized leader with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Must have strong background on Cash Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis Min. 7-10 years of experience in the accounting industry with 3 or more years in a managerial role. 3 years of Construction/Solar accounting experience preferred. Quick Books and NetSuite experience and proficiency required. 4-year accounting/finance or related degree required CPA, CMA or MBA is desirable but not a requirement. Strong verbal and written communications MS Office skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Compensation package: $65,000 - $75,000Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: Remote
