Willa's is seeking a talented, passionate and experienced bartenders to lead our warm and welcoming team behind the bar. Willa's is a lively neighborhood restaurant and bar with amazing service, fun vibes and a team constantly striving for excellence. As a bartender you will be an integral team member in ensuring that every guest enjoys a fantastic experience. You will be responsible for guiding guests through the Willa's experience and are expected to give service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful while upholding company standards and values in a busy, fast paced environment. You will be cross-trained and work both bartending and serving shifts. You should be flexible, have great communication skills, a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality. This is a demanding, yet rewarding, opportunity to join and help shape a new restaurant at an unprecedented time in our business and world. We are so excited at the chance to create real change in the hospitality industry. You will help in leading an eclectic group of people at every level of our organization. We are a restaurant built by kind people with a focus on simply prepared classic American dishes. Willa's Provisions is an all-day corner cafe and Voted Best Coffee Shop in Tampa. Open daily from 8-4 with strong coffee, fresh juices, breakfast tacos and burritos, a cold case full of grab and go items and retail goodies for home. Communities are essential to our success. We welcome an endless variety of people through our doors every day. Whether they are purveyors, staff, guests or a new neighbor, we depend on them. In order to continue growing, we actively seek ways to engage and embrace our entire community. Our goal is for every person, guest, vendor or team member that enters our doors to leave more fulfilled and happier than they were before they arrived.
