Be a part of the solution with Clean Team Clean Team is a growing company in need of cleaners/janitors for Factor or Offices in the following areas: Port Clinton, Ohio. Hours generally start after 6pm and goes to Midnight. We offer 15-25 hours a week and a decent amount of pay for a decent amount of work. Start times are FLEXIBLE & we can bundle accounts as well. Current Openings Recap: Monday-Friday 6pm-10am Hours are flexible to fit your schedule. *** Immediate start upon successful completion of all required qualifications*** Job Essentials: Our job duties include but are not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, pulling trash, washing windows, cleaning sinks, and scrubbing toilets. Our cleaners are hired per account and follow on-site task sheets, maximizing time and energy. Job Requirements: All applicants must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and 2 forms of ID. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Ability to work independently or in a team. Ability to work efficiently. Strong attention to detail. Thoroughness in completing tasks. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. Dust and wipe down surfaces. Empty trash cans and dispose of properly. Clean and maintain common areas, including break rooms, hallway and lobbies. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. This is a perfect part time second job, hours are flexible to meet the needs of your schedule.
