We are a manufacturer of sweet baked goods and our products include a variety of delicious individually wrapped items, including: honey buns, baked pies, fried pies, and gem donuts to serve all customers' needs. We are poised for major growth and expansion and are looking for driven individuals to join us on our journey. Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will have food manufacturing experience and is responsible for maintaining industrial equipment to operate in the safest and most productive condition to support production strategies and allow for steady reliability of bakery equipment. Maintenance Technicians execute Flow Wrapper and Bagger Maintenance while maintaining the ability to perform electrical troubleshooting. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical ability, and the ability to multi-task. Hourly rate will be determined by experience, education, and skills test evaluation.Salary: up to $35/hourShift Schedule- Day, 6am-6pm. 2-2-3 rotation Night, 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 rotation Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Experience level: 3 years Schedule: 12 hour shift Day shift Night shift Overtime Work setting: Bakery In-person Ability to commute/relocate: Charlotte, NC 28203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
