District Pool Supervisor

The District Pool Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and administration of swimming pool facilities in the assigned area in order to provide quality swimming pool management and services. The District Pool Supervisor acts as a liaison between AquaSafe management and its clients. Supervisors will be responsible for the day-to-day duties and training of the swimming pool staff including but not limited to lifeguards and pool managers. This includes completing administrative responsibilities, customer service, and staff performance reviews as well as scheduling activities. This is a seasonal position, but candidates who meet performance criteria with open availability and relevant experience may be considered for career advancement to other year-round opportunities. Benefits: Flexible schedule Career advancement opportunities Company vehicle provided or vehicle compensation/reimbursement Bonus opportunities General Responsibilities: Oversee swimming pools within a designated area Ensure operational excellence at all assigned aquatic facilities Organize weekly lifeguard and pool manager schedules and staff training Proactively pursue the highest level of safety and maintenance at all assigned aquatic facilities. Perform weekly inspections of each aquatic facility, ensuring compliance with local Health Department requirements Manage client expectations General Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbally; bi-lingual in any language is a plus A strong customer service orientation Possesses planning and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfort and ability to work with multi-generational and multi-cultural staff members Must have current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willing to obtain/renew upon hire Must be a Certified Pool Operator or willing to obtain/renew upon hire Must possess 3 years of lifeguarding/pool management experience or relevant management/supervisor experience Must be available to work from May 15 until September 15 - these are the minimum required dates; opportunity for an earlier start date may be available Weekend and holiday availability are required throughout the season Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License; position involves driving up to 50% of the scheduled time We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics or any other protected class or characteristic.
