RN Homecare Maxim Healthcare in Lombard is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes for a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity. Multiple Opportunities to ADVANCE your nursing career and bring you to the next level! * Work directly with a Clinical Supervisor * 24/7 ON Call * Meet the family/patient prior to first shift * SHADOW SHIFTS welcome * We take pride in setting you up to succeed, do not hesitate to reach out with ANY questions Why Join Maxim: * Competitive pay & weekly paychecks * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401(k) savings plan * Awards and recognition programs * Accrued PTO + after working 2000 hours in a year eligible to receive ($1000 or 30 Hours of PTO) Responsibilities: * Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. * On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders * Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. * Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: * Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice. * Current TB or Chest X-Ray. * Current BLS card.
