Duties:Counsel clients on government contracts laws and regulations.Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding government contracts issues.Conduct legal research and analysis on government contracts matters.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on complex government contracts cases.Stay updated on changes in government contracts laws and regulations. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.3+ years of experience in government contracts.High level of academic achievement.Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.Admitted to the Bar in Florida or eligible for admission. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) required. Skills:Proficiency in government contracts laws and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Experience in bid protest litigation is preferred.
