The Ballwin Police Department is conducting a hiring process for a Police Officer. Qualified applicants will be contacted and scheduled for standardized Personnel Evaluation Profile (PEP) testing and interviews. Benefits : STARTING SALARY - $63,507 to $67,375 dependent on prior years of service and qualifications. Health, dental and life insurance LAGERS (L12) Pension Paid Leave Two weeks of vacation each year, accrue 8 hours of sick leave each month, and two personal days off each year. In addition, the City observes ten paid holidays each year. Tuition reimbursement EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Certification as a police officer of a Missouri First Class County (Class A Post License) Possess a Missouri Driver's License at time of appointment High school graduate or possess a G.E.D. Must be a Citizen of the United States and a Missouri resident at time of appointment. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
