Additionally, we are thrilled to offer up to a $2,000 - $3,000 bonus for Residential Counselors, providing an extra incentive to excel in your role including shift differential rates! $1.00 per hour for Weekday Overnight and Weekend First and Second shifts, and $2.00 per hour for Weekend Overnight and Weekend Shifts.
