Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of all new Picklr locations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our openings are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate closely with the VP of Construction and coordinate with various General Contractors across different locations. The role will involve significant travel, approximately 50-60% of the time, to oversee the progress of new club openings and manage site-specific requirements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the VP of Construction to develop and implement project plans for new Picklr locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance. Coordinate with General Contractors at different locations to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. Travel to new club openings to provide on-site supervision and address any construction-related issues promptly. Conduct "FIT Tests" in potential spaces to assess suitability for Picklr locations and provide recommendations for modifications as needed. Manage court layouts to optimize space utilization and enhance the overall customer experience. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any conflicts or challenges. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process. Maintain accurate documentation, including project schedules, budgets, change orders, and site reports. Qualifications: Proven experience (X years) as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials, with a focus on commercial construction. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) for scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration. Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to travel extensively (50-60% of the time) to new club locations as required. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
