We are growing and need an experienced manager to lead our team. We are looking for a seasoned Wealth Manager with a proven track record to grow our business and team. As the manager you will oversee the Private Banking, Retirement Plan Services, Waukesha Investments, Portfolio Management and Financial Planning. This position is accountable for driving revenue growth, managing client relationship and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years' experience in the wealth management industry, with strong knowledge in wealth management. Experience within an advisor-friendly trust model is a plus. A thorough understanding of the needs of wealth management clients. Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry. Product development and project management expertise. A management style consistent with a team oriented, collaborative business environment. Executive presence, communication, and relationship management skills. Presentation skills at the most senior levels. Knowledge of investment management regulations, compliance and other wealth management matters. Undergraduate degree required (BS/BA). MBA or other advanced degree a plus. Financial designations such as CFP, CFA, or CPA a plus. Financial Planning experience preferred. This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
