Body Moksha Physical Therapy is a growing world class physical therapy practice in Chatham, NJ and we are looking for a part-time (opportunity to transition to full-time) Sales Associate/Appointment Setter to join our team of high-performance employees! In this role you’ll be working to follow-up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow-up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database. You MUST have previous experience in SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS and/or other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you have been SUCCESSFUL in the role of scheduling appointments and or phone/sales and prospecting, as the primary outcome of your role is to secure at least 15-20 qualified appointments per month. This position offers a solid base salary plus bonus and commission giving your control over how much you can potentially make annual . You are looking for a long-term career, not a part-time job. You would be described as “tech-savvy” and like to learn things as you go. You're extremely organized with great follow-up skills and hate to let things fall through the cracks. You come off as genuine and intelligent, are great at instantly developing rapport, and can close for the sale on every call. Someone who is warm, approachable, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people; building new relationships, and hungry to succeed. Ready and willing to commit to daily prospecting; lead nurturing - you have a strong work ethic and are able to convert! Phenomenal follow-up, organizational and phone skills are a must! You're amazing at building and nurturing relationships long term. Coachable - Loves to be held accountable, and always wants to get better.
