We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Brighton Arms, a Garden Apartment complex in Monmouth County. If you have a passion for cleaning and take pride in contributing to the overall appeal of a community, we invite you to apply for this role. The Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities: Cleaning: Clean laundry rooms according to company standards. Prepare apartments by thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, windows, and other areas. Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all areas. Custodial Duties: Perform custodial duties as required, ensuring apartments are in excellent condition for new tenants. Demonstrate attention to detail when cleaning and sanitizing common spaces. Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas. Timely Execution: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly and within specified timeframes. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of work ethics. Education and Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in apartment cleaning. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving across the apartment complex during work hours.
