We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales is a big part of this upside commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• Real estate license required• Ability to learn and coachable• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: At KW Del Mar, we have lead systems, resources, a coaching team, and multiple office teams in place for San Diego real estate.
