Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Lead follow up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Close sales• Be a team player• Follow the team plan• Sales talk mastery• CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Present yourself in a professional manner• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: MISSION: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
