Responsibilities:• Effectively enforce project standards in accordance with PCA guidelines.• Maintain safe procedures and practices on job sites. Manage project timelines, including completing touch-ups as needed.• Coordinate and manage the painting team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects on time and within budget.• Interact with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project.• Address challenges and unexpected issues that may arise during the project, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track. Qualifications:• Bilingual preferred.• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.• One (1) year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Proficiency in various computer software applications such as G Suite, and CRM software.• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.• Strong problem-solving skills.• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
