Responsibilities:• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Perform due diligence on the real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Qualifications:• +1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Compensation: $120,000 yearly About Company: The Drew Nicoll Real Estate Team is rapidly expanding and helping Agents across America build successful careers in Real Estate!
