General laborer will assist with renovations, remodeling, and repairs across multiple single-family and multi-family properties located within 40 miles of Pottstown. This position is full-time. Responsibilities:• Perform light plumbing such as plumbing sinks and connecting vanities• Perform light electricals such as installing new ceiling lights and fans• Support/assist in apartment turnovers at various properties when needed• Perform general remodeling of residential single-family apartments• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but not limited to small electric, small plumbing, drywall repair, and painting• Keep the job site clean and organized• Properly handle materials and tools• Complete tasks safely• Communicate issues efficiently and be able to adapt accordingly• Other duties as assigned Qualifications:• Reliable transportation• Willingness to travel up to 40 miles from Pottstown, PA• Valid driver’s license with good driving background• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly About Company: BF Maintenance is a small construction company that oversees residential remodels as well as maintenance in a variety of single-family and multi-family properties.
