We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. The ideal candidate for this role has prior customer service experience and excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, apply now! Responsibilities: • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork• Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed• Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions• Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given• Remain up to date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent• A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is preferred• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required• Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly About Company: We are one of the top-producing State Farm Agencies in the State with big dreams and aspirations.
