If you feel you align with these attributes let’s talk! We are currently seeking: Shop Manager The Shop Manager will ensure that all Shop activities are carried out efficiently and profitably. Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities: • None Duties/Responsibilities: • Ensures efficient Shop operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.• Executes maintenance activities when needed.• Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve Shop operations.• Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.• Make deliveries to field; Make returns of incorrect/bad parts to vendors; Make pickups of parts, stage them.• Check In/Out of equipment, Document properly, ensure equipment is properly maintained• Administrative Tasks - Invoice coding; Credit card coding; WEX (Fuel Card) coding; PerDiem coding• Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • CDL – preferred.• Ability to operate/learn to operate forklift, pallet jack• Strong organizational and administrative skills• Experience with accounting/PM software - Foundation, CentreSuite, ProCore, etc.Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the Shop.• Sitting, standing, lifting up to 80 lbs. etc. What we offer Tusco employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), career development classes, paid time off and many more benefits.
