This position will earn a commission-driven annual salary - with unlimited earning potential! Our sales team earns $70,000-$80,000 or more - even within the first year ! We offer 9% commission on direct sales with an expectation of completing $1.1 million in sales each year - huge earning potential because we don't cap your commission! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE You enjoy meeting new people each day and arrive for your appointments promptly and put together as a Sales Representative. Meeting with our customers in their homes, you aim to personally connect with them and build a strong rapport. After listening to any concerns they may have, you are sure to properly propose the needed solutions. Once you make a sale, you don't just stop there. From point A to point B, you're involved to ensure a positive customer experience. You enjoy working at new locations and that no two days are exactly the same. You also feel good about making our customers' homes comfortable while driving up our revenue so that we can keep doing what we do. QUALIFICATIONS 5 years or more of sales experience Proficient with computers A valid driver's license and clean driving record Need to have your own reliable transportation - we provide mileage reimbursement We want to train the right person so no HVAC experience necessary! Are you goal-oriented and self-motivated? Can you connect with our customers and build strong relationships? Do you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written?
