Sales Rep - Job Description The Sales Representative is responsible for optimizing sales in your assigned territory and building long lasting relationships with our customers. Our customers are athletic complexes, government organizations, special events companies, military organizations, and much more. Responsibilities: * Provide best-in-class customer service to coaches and dealers across an assigned territory. * Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets. Increase sales in already established territory. * Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling or provided company leads. * Manage your account list and travel on location within your assigned territory. Required Qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Outlook, Word and Excel * Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. * Must possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills must be able to effectively communicate with external and internal customers. * Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
