Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

This position is eligible for our $1500 Sign-On/Retention bonus, and an annual $600 reimbursement toward tools!Main Purpose This is a working Supervisor role to work side by side with the Maintenance Mechanics while supervising their performance/activity and training as needed.This is a 2nd Shift role, Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11PM. Key Job Responsibilities * Assign tasks to employees and monitor their activities; ensure maintenance area is neat and organized * Ensure maintenance personnel are following all operational and health and safety procedures * Supervise the preventive maintenance and repairs of all plant equipment * Coordinate all major projects, ex. shut downs * Manage the organization of maintenance shop and parts trailer * Oversee mobile equipment maintenance i.e., forklift, track and back hoes and assist Maintenance Manager to ensure parts and supplies are in inventory Qualifications * A high school diploma or equivalent is required * 3 to 5 years of mechanical experience * Previous management experience is a plus * Ability to read equipment prints; secure information from OEM manuals; apply basic mathematical concepts; and understand and apply common operational documents, SOP's, and training modules * The ability to drive a forklift * The candidate must have own tools * Must possess a valid driver's license Why Tradebe is Right for You * Student loan repayment assistance * Medical (including telehealth), dental and vision * 401k Retirement match * Flexible spending accounts (FSA) * Health savings accounts (HSA) * Agency paid, basic life and AD&D insurance * Career ladders, professional development, and promotion opportunities * Leadership opportunities * Great work environment and cultureTradebe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
