This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the renovation industry. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the company's business development strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and potential business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective business development plans. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and partners. Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging trends to effectively position the company in the market. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully driving business development initiatives in the renovation industry. Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Prior sales experience in the commercial, multifamily homes, or healthcare sectors.
